Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced Free-Standing ER setting.
- Triage, assess, and manage patients of all ages with critical thinking and efficiency.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on follow-up care and make necessary referrals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Active RN License in Florida (or ability to obtain before start date)
✔ Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care ER experience (Required)
✔ Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)
Certifications (Must be obtained within 90 days if not already held):
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required before start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification
