I just wanted to drop you a note to say how fantastic Hannah is at her job. She has a wonderful,  friendly but professional manner, she’s excellent at getting straight back to me and …. She’s done what I thought no one could do between now and me retiring … she got me to agree to a job move 🤣🤣🤣🤣 But honestly… I just wanted to give you feedback because in this day and age I find so many people seem to have lost their phone manner.

In my occupational health team, I currently have 3 roles that have been filled by yourselves. In finding my nurse roles, you sent very strong candidates, resulting in them joining the team.
