Employers & Hiring Managers

Our job is to take the pressure off recruiting top Occupational Health, Employee Health, and Nursing professionals. We know that most hiring managers don’t enjoy the recruiting process—we do! It’s all we do, and we’re great at it.

Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with our clients and become trusted advisors you can rely on.

We won’t flood you with phone calls or emails, and we won’t send you candidates who aren’t a good fit, or who don’t know their details are being shared with you.

What we will do:

  • Talk through the role(s): We’ll dive deep into what you need in terms of experience, qualifications, and personality for the role(s) you’re looking to fill.
  • Get to know your company: We’ll research your business and chat with you directly to understand your culture, work environment, and opportunities.
  • Create a customized recruitment plan: We’ll work with you to develop a plan with clear dates for resume submissions, feedback, interviews, and potential offers, so you can better understand how the hiring process will impact your business.
  • Reach out to both active and passive candidates: We use multiple methods—headhunting, major job boards, social media, conferences, and industry events—to find the best candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process: From attracting and screening candidates to scheduling interviews, extending offers, and handling onboarding and follow-up, we take care of everything.

By getting to know your needs inside and out, we can help position your company as an employer of choice.
